Wild Venison mince simply tastes superb, with a deep, rich flavour. It is low in fat and an extremely good source of protein with double the amount of iron content. It is also easily digested, full of essential omega-3 fatty acids, and rich in vitamins B6 and B12.

100% Venison mince

Cook in a large saucepan with oil and seasoning for 15-20 minutes or until nicely browned. Combine with beef stock, organic vegetables and red wine, then top with creamy mash potato for a venison cottage pie.
