Dispatch Policy
While every effort will be made to make sure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability. Goods are normally dispatched within 24 hours, during busy periods this can go to 48 hours. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 3 working days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
Delivery Rates.
Delivered by DPD Next working day services . You do not need to create an account to use the website. All goods are dispatched by a means determined by our Dispatch department.
Delivery Method.
All orders are sent via DPD Next working day services .
Due to perishable nature of product they are only dispatched Monday to Thursday 14:00. If ordered with not working hours , your parcel will only be packed on Monday before collection by DPD TEAM .Please note there is no delivery available for Good Friday or Bank Holiday Monday .
Most items will require a signature on delivery, please ensure you are there to take delivery. If you are not there to receive the parcel and request that the parcel is left in your chosen secure place. We will take the GPS time and date stamp sent via the drivers PDA as a item delivered safe and secure signature. From this point the parcel becomes your responsibility, and we will have completed our obligation to deliver.
Prices and Tax.
All payments are taken in Pounds Sterling. The charges for postage are shown in the Checkout. On some products 20% will be added as stated in the products description.
Cancellation and Returns
The customer must contact Wild Game Meat in the first instance to arrange the return of the items. This can be done via our Contact Us page. When returning an item these conditions must be met:

Items must be in an as new condition, unopened and unused.
The item must be sent back using the same delivery method as it was dispatched. This is to avoid lost items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns, sale items or gift cards.
A refund for the product price will be initiated within 14 days once we have received the returned goods. The original delivery charge will be refunded if returned within the Terms of The Distance Selling Regulations. The customer will be responsible for the delivery cost for returning the items. Orders are checked before being dispatched and are packaged well to avoid damage during transit, however, if your order is damaged or any items are missing when you receive it ,please let us know same day of delivery, after this time we will not accept responsibility.

Pictures on our website are used for illustration purposes only, in a market of evolving product development the item you receive may differ from the picture shown. You can be assured that the product will not be of a lower quality.

All confidential information, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We do not see your Credit Card details , these are only seen by our Merchants used during checkout, Shopify/Paypall .
For your security “we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties”.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
Jurisdiction
The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Consumer Rights
None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
