Delivery Information

All of our orders will come Next Working Day if order was made Monday to Thursday before 2 PM. Sometimes it can take up to 2 working days.

All weekend orders are packed following next working day ( Monday ).

Please note there are no delivery available for

Good Friday or Bank Holiday Monday .

Delivery is available mainly in all UK, we do not ship to these postcodes: AB36-38, AB55-56, KW1-14, KW15-17, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV40-51, IV52-54, IV55-56, IV63, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH42-44, PH49-50, PA20, PA21-40, PA41-49, PA60-78, IM1-2, HS1-9, ZE1-3, KA1-28 , TR , ZE1-3 also Northern Ireland & Isle of Wight.

We use DPD Next Day delivery service.
If you order for £59.95 or more, you will get FREE DPD Next Day delivery service, £7.95 shipping fee when ordering less than £20 & £4.95 shipping fee is ordering for more than £20.
You will receive an email confirmation once your parcel will be shipped.

Please Note: Do Not Change Delivery Date on the DPD app, due a perishable goods we only have one delivery attempt . Please make sure you are available to receive the delivery , we will not take any responsibility for this.

Once you receive your order make sure you will take all products out of the box and bags and keep them products in the fridge/freezer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery day and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns, sale items or gift cards.

How is it packed ?

We use Poly Plus boxes which has great insulating properties as regular polystyrene boxes with the added extra of an outer corrugated cardboard sleeve. The cardboard outer not only adds another thermal layer of insulation from exterior elements but also helps to further protect your goods while in transit.
