Wild Boar & Apple sausages
Wild Boar 75%, Gluten free crumb [Rice Flour, Water, Dextrose Monohydrate, Vegetable Fibre, Salt, Stabilizer (Mono & diglycerides of fatty acids), Caramelised sugar syrup, Paprika extract], Salt, Dried Apple pieces, Dextrose, Dried leek pieces, Preservative (sodium metabisulphite), Ground Black pepper, Ascorbic acid, Flavouring (Natural Extracts), Filled into Natural Pork Casing.
To Grill: Place under a preheated grill at a medium heat for approx 10 minutes until evenly brown, turning frequently. To Shallow fry: Place in preheated frying pan with a little oil. Cook over a low or medium heat for 10 minutes turning frequently. Keep Refrigerated below 5 C, use within 48 hours of opening or freeze on the day of purchase.
