Our premium T-bone steaks are sourced from grass-fed cattle from British and Irish farms, from native breeds including Aberdeen Angus, Hereford, Longhorn and more. We specially select the beef based on the excellent quality and marbling, and then expertly dry-age the beef for 28 days on the bone in a specially built dry-ageing chamber.
Featuring buttery-soft fillet steak on one side of the bone and rich, flavoursome sirloin steak on the other – enjoy the very best of two amazing steaks in one meal.
