Please note:sausages will be sent fresh, but with short use by date & are suitable for home freezing.
To Grill: Place under a preheated grill at a medium heat for approx 10 minutes until evenly brown, turning frequently.
To Shallow fry: Place in preheated frying pan with a little oil. Cook over a low or medium heat for 10 minutes turning frequently.
Keep Refrigerated below 5 C, use within 48 hours of opening or freeze on the day of purchase.
