Made according to the original Armeni recipe using a special production technology.
Use when marinating meat for grilling, cooking in an oven or on the frying pan. It can be also added to soup, goulash, pilaf, salads etc.
Armenian shashlik recipe: 1kg of meat, 1 tablespoon (or by taste) of Armenian spices, onions, salt, dry white wine (100ml). Mix everything through and leave to marinate for 1-2 hours.
