Elk Salami is made of Elk meat and Pork fat, it has a distinctive, slightly spicy taste, it's darker in color and has a firm texture.
It's a great choice for those who prefer a stronger flavour.
This salami has been seasoned with salt, pepper,garlic, bay leaves, cold smoked and cured for perfection.

We do highly recommend to keep salami in a cool, dry place - air ventilated area, best is to hang it in the air on the provided rope.
Make sure its out of the bag and not covered with anything. Salami could also be kept in the fridge, out of any bags, however it might get dry more quickly when kept in the fridge.
